Adare Manor Golf: Everything You Need to Know Before You Go

Adare Manor will host the 2027 Ryder Cup. Tom Fazio redesigned the course. The estate is rated among the finest golf hotel experiences in the world. If you are planning a visit - or have already booked - this guide covers what to expect from the course, how access works, and how to arrange the best possible transfer from Shannon Airport to the estate.

About Adare Manor Golf Course

The Adare Manor Golf Course was redesigned by Tom Fazio and reopened in 2018. The course plays to a par 72 over 7,509 yards from the championship tees, set within the 840-acre estate on the banks of the River Maigue. Unlike the links courses of Clare and Kerry, Adare is a parkland course - tree-lined, with water features, formal landscaping, and the Gothic castle hotel visible from multiple holes.

Access to Adare Manor Golf

Adare Manor Golf Course is primarily reserved for hotel guests and members. If you are planning to play, the most reliable route is to book a stay at the hotel, which comes with playing privileges. The hotel is five-star and priced accordingly, but staying at the manor does not include golf it is an extra cost.

Shannon Transfers provides transfer services for Adare Manor guests arriving at Shannon Airport and other Irish airports. We regularly collect guests arriving on transatlantic flights at Shannon and deliver them directly to the estate - approximately 35 minutes from the terminal.
